Bumby sores on my upper arms and thighs?

i used to have a couple on my thighs when i was a little girl but over the last year i have gotten tons of them on my arms and legs. when i squeeze them this icky yellow-white line of stuff comes out and they are on hair follicles. are they ingrown hairs or what?

oh, and i have tried putting extreme moisturizing lotions on it and i just get more. HELP

I have that too and it sucks! I don't know what it is....I have been told it is a form of ecxema. I have been told to use the hemp creme from the body shop. My aunt was using that on her daughter for a while and claimed it was working. I have yet to use it. And I have tried lots of things too. Nothing seems to help hey? Im curious to the otehr answers you get.

i have bumps on my arms too but they dont look as bad as the ones you are describing. they are not all that uncommon. they are rarely noticed.

I have a disease called Celiac Sprue. It has an associated condition called Dermatitis Herpetiformis and it looks like what you are describing. There are pictures of it online. That you had it when you were a kid also makes me think it could be that. I have the outbreaks from time to time and had been told twice in the last two years that I had chicken pox, not shingles and I'm 62 years old. Of course that was not a correct diagnosis but didn't find out what it really was until they got the celiac diagnosed. Good Luck and God Bless
