I've tried exfoliants, and even scrubbing with hand gloves but they dont seem to work. Does anyone has a better idea?

Use a sharp pin, puncture your skin and fish out a bit of the hair until you can grab it with your fingernails, then pull it the rest of the way out. (don't pluck it- leave it standing there until it heals.)

Same idea as getting out a splinter.

well. you need to look at the area and see if there's a strand of hair in the middle of the bump than pluck it .. (only way to get rid of them)

i heard that if you lotion really good before you shave it would provide ingrown hair.

Go to bath and body and buy the one that help with ingrown hair (I think it has critus acid)
