when you pluck your eyebrows, you're opening that hair follicle and what happens is dirt and oils get clog it up and when your hair grows back, it can't get out because your face is dirty!

so what you should do is after you pluck your brows, wash your face with really hot water and i mean really hot and then wash your face with hot water again but this time with your face cleanser and then rinse it off with hot water and then rise your face with really cold water a couple of times to close up your pores.

try getting them threaded which works way better than plucking or waxing. it's only about $10 and it's usually done at the same places you'll find waxing. if you pluck the little hairs that start to grow back eventually they'll grow back slower :)

just make sure you regulate them often, don't try to get rid of a bush all at once!

Have you tried using an exfoliating face wash? This helps stop ingrowing hairs after waxing so it should have the same effect. Try Saint Ives apricot scrub.

I'd stop plucking and start looking into having them threaded, less trauma to the eyebrow, neater, less pain and lasts longer. They do it at most indian beauticians, I wouldn't trust a white girl doing it, they've more than likely only just started, whereas the indian girls learn to do it from an early age, I remember being in primary school and a girl in the playground teaching me!!

pluck in the direction that the hair grows naturally, use a warm sponge pressed against the area to open the pores and use a scrub when they are coming through

Put a warm compress on it. It will soften the skin so you can expel the oils. Be sure to sterilize the area so you don't develop and infection.
