Pimple thing on Vagina?

Hello;

I am a 16 year old girl who never had sex. I had notice any time after my period I get pimple like sore on between my bum and vagina. when I squeeze it pops. I can feel something under it. I talked to my school nurse about it and shes says it is normal. I don't thinks it a ingrown hair cause i don't see any hair sticking out from it. i have 2 right now like 1cm apart. it hurts to sit down.

What could it be :( ?

Sounds like pimples but popping them is not a good idea as that only spreads the bacteria. Soak in a nice hot bathtub or use a warm compress on them to help them open on their own. Be sure you wear 100% cotton underwear.

if you asked the nurse and she said it was nothing maybe you can go to your gyno and have them look at it and perhaps they can give you suggestions as to prevention and care.

it's probably just that, a pimple.

But, since you are 16, it's important to start seeing a gyno soon, so on your first appointment, ask her.

I think I had those when I was a teen, too.

If you wear tampons you might need to change them more frequently. If you wear pads, buy some baby wipes and use them instead of using toilet paper--you should use baby wipes instead of regular toilet paper when you are on you period, anyway, to prevent yeast infections, irritation, and a potent smell.

Most commonly, it IS a pimple. I remember when I was younger my best friend came to me one day and asked me if I got big painful pimples on my buttocks during my period. I don't think that I helped her any when I said "no," but she never complained about it again.

Honestly, you might have boils developing down there. The area between your anus and vagina is a VERY sensitive spot and you need to keep yourself clean. Boils develop in areas of damp, unclean places on the body. Just clean yourself better, you might not ever see them again.
