When I discovered these, they were full of puss and blood and no hair inside the spot. I was told it was ingrown hair, but I've had 4 spots show up and they sometimes pop themselves. They hurt alot.

If they are larger than a pimple but burst like a pimple with the pus and bood then there is a good chance you may have a staph infection which you will need antibiotics to treat. When I had staph the boils appeared on my inner upper thighs and abdomen. It is gross too and they hurt until they burst.
