Stop shaving. Some of us like hairy. Really.

Use a depilatory cream instead.

Tend Skin works really good for me. You can get it at sephora and some beauty stores

I used to razor bumps after my hair started growing back and ingrown hairs too. I actually started using a dilipatory cream that was for the bikini area that I brought at a beauty store. Or try trimming the hair with a small pair of scissors.

don't shave there. lol

that's why women get waxed.

Brazilian Wax

It's awesome!!!! Not tooo expensive either %26amp; the hair takes a lot longer to grow back. I used to shave everyday cuz I hated the prickaly hairs that come in. This way it will stay gone for a while and u wont have to worry about razor burn. It doesnt hurt as bad as people say it does either.

I believe if you shave with the direction of the hair it will help a lot. That is a very tender area. Don't "go against the grain".Also, keep it moisturized with a good lotion.

try waxing. i get that too where i cant even walk if i shave, but not when i wax. you could also try veet or nair the cremes. they even sell cremes for ingrown hairs... all in the same isle at your store

You can do several things here,

first you can get different panties, or not ware them at all and see if that helps.

second, I have found that Salicylic acid, aka stuff found in some acne medicines helps with that. Sounds crazy I knew but I have used it with lots of success on razor burn on my lady parts before.

Third, I wish I could remember the name of the stuff, but there is a gel you can get at the drug store and wal*mart that they usually sell near the waxing products. It is a bikini line gel that will help prevent and heal razor burn.

Forth, you might try shaving in a different direction or changing your razor more often, or even a different type of shaving cream. Lots of things could factor into the initial cause.

I hope that one of those things will help you out!

Make sure you're using shaving cream and shaving in one direction and maybe you need to no shave in the certain spot until it heals completely.

Razor's leave me breaking out and it does hurt. Hair removal creams did the same thing it just took longer to happen. Waxing did it too but worse because it removes a layer of the skin.

I have finally found something that leaves me smooth and breakout free. An Epilator. It looks like an electric razor but it really just tweezes all the hair out at once. It does nothing to your skin, just removes the hair. The first time that I used it, painful, the second time, not so bad. Now, I use it without pain because the hair actually grows back finer than before.

I am currently trying (not easy because I have a husband) to grow the hair on my legs out and use it there too. Next it will be my underarms.

A hair free me!

I have the same issues, I have not tried to wax because I don't think it will help . When I get my eyebrows done I some time get a bump or two. personally I use a Nair and alcohol body butter after to sooth the skin I'll still get them but not as much." Lisa Idea might be the one"

You may want to go to your doctor to see if you have an STD. If there's pain down there, you could have a problem.
