Soft red bump on nose?

Theres a small red bump on my nose thats roughly 1cm in diameter and has been there for over a week. The bump is soft and it doesnt itch or cause pain, though i do see small white dot inside. I think its an ingrown hair, but I dont see a hair inside. What is it and how should i get rid of it? Its pretty much destroying my self-esteem and social life. =[

idk, am dealing with the same thing i had it for 2 days now.

i thought it was a hugh pimple. but i think a spired bit me when i was asleep. i keep putting facial stuff on it but not help yet. i hope ur bump is gone now
