some times they come in bunches...my doctor said that they're normal and a antibacterial soap should take care of it..but he lied...lmao

The hair might curl and it grows back down in the skin.

Shaving can also cause them. Always shave with a sharp, clean razor to minimize irritation.

Exfoliating the area helps. Only do light exfoliation before you shave,though.
